Production:
The insulating castables are made from light weight aggregates such as Perlite , Vermiculite light weight chamote , bubble alumina with low thermal conductivity.
Alumina & Fireclay Light-weight Monolithic

Main Features:

• Low density 0.4 – 1.7 gr/m3 –
• Good thermal shock resistant
• Application temp. 800 °C- 1450°C
• Low thermal conductivity
• installation as casting, guning and troweling Application

As working and back up layers in:

• Petrochemical and gas refinery.
• Power plant and refinery stack.
• Anealing and forge furnace.
• Cement & line kiln.
• Tile and Ceramic kiln
