Production:
Deflocculated casts are made from deflocculating factors and ultra fine particles like reactive alumina , microsilica, fine calcind alumina along with high alumina, cement as basic factor of binding system.

Types:

• Medium cement : CaO content is >2.5%
• Low cement : CaO content is 1.5 -2.5
• Ultra low cement: CaO content is < 1.2%
• Non –cement: CaO content is <0.3%

Features:

• favorable reduction of mixing water and consequently results in lower Porosity.
• Higher fired strengths even at cured prioud compare to conventional class.
• Greater chemical and erosion resistance against aggressive atmosphere , moltem metals and slags.

Typical Applications:

• Highly corrosive atmosphere reaction kiln.
• Main gas header of methanol lining.
• Electrical arch roof.
• Walking beam.
